What You’ll Be Doing:

🏠 Personalised Support: Work one-on-one to assist clients with daily tasks like personal care, cooking, and cleaning—all tailored to individual needs.

🌱 Goal-Oriented Care: Help clients work toward their personal goals, whether that’s building independence, learning new skills, or achieving social inclusion.

🌍 Community Engagement: Encourage and support participation in social and community activities—because everyone deserves to belong!

❤️ Companionship: Provide emotional support, build relationships, and offer a listening ear. You’re not just a support worker—you’re a friend and mentor.

📝 Documenting Success: Keep accurate records of client progress, providing important insights to help guide their journey.

What We’re Looking For:

🌟 Passion & Empathy: You genuinely care about improving lives and creating opportunities for those with disabilities.

🏆 Experience (Preferred, but Not Required): Previous experience in disability care is great—but if you’re a quick learner with a heart for service, we want to talk to you!

💬 Communication Skills: Clear, respectful communication is key to providing the best care

🧩 Flexibility & Initiative: Every client is unique. You’ll need to think on your feet and adapt to different situations and needs.
