Feedback & Complaints
We take all feedback seriously, positive or negative. It helps us improve and ensures we're delivering the quality of support you deserve.
Compliments & positive feedback
We love hearing when things are going well, and so does our team. If a support worker has made a difference, please let us know. You can email us directly or use our contact form. We make sure positive feedback reaches the people it's about.
Raising a concern or complaint
If something hasn't gone the way it should, we want to know. Please contact us as soon as possible — the sooner we know, the sooner we can fix it.
You can raise a concern by:
- • Contacting us directly by email or phone
- • Using the contact form on our website
- • Speaking directly with your support worker's supervisor
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, investigate it fairly, and keep you informed throughout the process. We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 business days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why.
All complaints are treated confidentially. You will not be disadvantaged in any way for raising a concern.
External escalation
If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your complaint, or if you'd prefer to raise your concern with an independent body, you have the right to contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time.
